2007 XC (Sophomore): Scored in five meets and was YSU’s top finisher twice ... placed a team-high 10th at the Horizon League Championships to earn second-team all-conference honors ... ran a personal-best 8K time of 26:11 at the Notre Dame Invite ... finished the 10K in a personal-best 34:06.12 at the Great Lakes Regional ... earned Academic All-Horizon League honors.

2007 Outdoor (Freshman): Placed sixth in the 10,000m at the Horizon League Championships (33:52.50) ... posted a personal-best 10,000m time of 32:50.94 at the Duke Asics Invitational ... ran the 5,000m a personal-best time of 15:49.77 at the All-Ohio Championships ... posted a mile time of 4:19.61 at the Campbell/Wright Open and a 3,000m time of 9:14.70 at the Northeast Ohio Quad Meet.

2006-07 Indoor (Freshman): Finished ninth in the 5,000m (15:44.35) and 16th in the 3,000m (9:15.35) at the Horizon League Championships ... ran a personal-best mile time of 4:34.46 at the Zips Open to place ninth ... ran a personal-best 3,000m time of 9:03.07 at the Akron Open ... posted a personal-best time of 14:55.96 in the 5,000m at the Doug Raymond Invitational to finish fourth.

2006 Cross Country (Freshman): Scored in six out of the seven meets ... was YSU's top finisher once and second finisher three times ... placed 60th at the Horizon League Championships (28:43.05) ... finished eighth in his first collegiate meet with a four-mile time of 21:57 at the Tommy Evans Invitational ... ran a personal-best 8K time of 27:06.43 at the Falcon Invitational to place 53rd ... ran the 10K in 34:37.30 at the Great Lakes Regional to finish second for YSU.

High School: Was a four-time letterwinner and two-time team captain in cross country and a four-year letterwinner and team captain one year in track ... set the school record in the indoor 3,200 (9:47) ... finished 16th at the Division II Ohio State Cross Country Championships as a senior (16:31) ... ran the third leg of Van Wert's seventh-place 4x800m relay at the state meet in 2005 ... ran the second leg of the 4x800m relay that placed eighth in the state as a sophomore ... finished second in the state in the indoor 3,200m as a senior and sixth as a junior ... earned the Jim Howell Memorial Award ... helped lead Van Wert to two Western Buckeye League championships in cross country and two in track ... was also part of three district champion track teams and one in cross country.
