Career Highlights: Has won six Horizon League titles, five of which have come in relays ... was the indoor 60m hurdles champion in 2007 ... on the indoor career chart, holds the school record in the pentathlon, and ranks third in the 55m hurdles, fourth in the 60m hurdles, fourth in the high jump, fifth in the 400m dash, fifth in the long jump, and 10th in the 200m dash ... also holds the outdoor 400m hurdles school record and ranks second in the long jump, third in the heptathlon, fourth in the 100m hurdles and ninth in the high jump.

2008 Outdoor (Junior): Scored in five different events at the Horizon League Championships, highlighted by a second-place finish in the 400m hurdles (1:04.38) and a third-place finish in the 100m hurdles (14.94) ... also placed fourth in the heptathlon (3,882) and sixth in the high jump (5-1), and she ran the third leg in YSU's winning 4x400m relay ... added a ninth-place finish in the long jump (17-4 1/4) ... her high jump and long jump marks were season-bests ... ran the 100m hurdles in a personal-best 14.59 at the Northeast Ohio Quad ... won the 100m hurdles (14.63) and long jump (17-4) at the Sparky Adams Invite ... set the meet record in the 100m hurdles (14.86) at the Red Flash Open.

2007-08 Indoor (Senior): Won the pentathlon (3,319) and scored in three other events at the Horizon League Championships ... also finished third in the 60m hurdles (9.03) and fourth in the long jump (18-0 1/2), and she ran the third leg of the second-place 4x400m relay ... won the 55m hurdles in a personal-best 8.32 at the Baldwin Wallace Mid February meet ... ran the 60m hurdles a season-best 8.98 at the Golden Flash Gala ... recorded season-best marks of 4-11 3/4 in the high jump and 18-1 in the long jump during the pentathlon ... scored a season-best 3,325 points in the pentathlon at the Akron Open.

2007 Outdoor (Junior): Redshirted.

2006-07 Indoor (Junior): Was the Horizon League Champion in the 60m hurdles, running a finals time of 9.05 .... also finished eighth in the 400m, 11th in the 200m and 12th in the long jump at the league meet ... posted a personal-best hurdles time of 8.02 at the Doug Raymond Invitational ... earned four top-seven finishes in the hurdles.

2006 Outdoor (Sophomore): Set the school record in the long jump at the Horizon League Championship with a second-place leap of 18-9 3/4...placed second in the 400m hurdles (1:03.39) and third in the 100m hurdles (14.78) at the conference meet...was also part of the winning 4x100m and 4x400m relays...ran the first leg of YSU's 4x400m relay at the NCAA Mideast Regional...set the school record in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:02.47 at the Northeast Ohio Invitational...won the 400m hurdles at the Campbell/Wright Open (1:03.17)...posted a personal-best time of 14.77 in the 100m hurdles at the Sparky Adams Invitational.

2005-06 Indoor (Sophomore): Was YSU's top point scorer at the Horizon League Championship with four second-place finishes and a fifth-place finish...was the conference runner-up in the 400m, the long jump, the pentathlon and the 4x400m relay, and placed fifth in the 60m hurdles...posted personal-best marks of 9.02 in the hurdles, 57.76 in the 400m, 17-9 1/2 in the long jump and 3,436 points in the pentathlon...won the 400m at Robert Morris...posted a personal-best times of 8.41 in the 55m hurdles and 25.78 in the 200m at the Kent State Tune-Up.

2005 Outdoor (Freshman): Placed fourth in the long jump with a personal-best mark of 18-4 at the Horizon League Championship...also placed 10th in the 400m (59.77) and 12th in the 200m with a personal-best time of 27.00...ran the first leg of the 4x400m relay at the NCAA Mideast Regional...posted a personal-best 400m time of 58.46 at the Raleigh Relays.

2004-05 Indoor (Freshman): Placed second in the long jump with a mark of 17-8 1/4 at the Horizon League Championship...also ran the first leg of YSU's first-place 4x400m relay and finished eighth in the 200m (26.31)...posted a personal-best mark of 18-1 3/4 in the long jump at the Bowling Green Quintangular to place fourth...ran a personal-best 26.18 in the 200m at the Kent State Tune-Up...recorded a personal-best 59.42 in the 400m at the All-Ohio Championship.

High School: Was a four-time letterwinner and two-time captain for the Royals...set the school record in the 100-meters (12.23 seconds), the 800 (2:15) and the long jump (19-1)...was a Plain Dealer and News-Herald all star...was Regina's MVP four times...also competed in volleyball.

Personal: Born 1/18/86...daughter of Alberta Joh...her brother Papis is a former sprinter for YSU...major is sociology.
