2007 Outdoor (Sophomore): Redshirted.
2006-07 Indoor (Sophomore): Finished second in the 800m at the Horizon
League Championships (1:57.95) ... posted a personal-best 800m time of 1:55.03
at the Zips Open ... ran the 400m in 51.49 at the Findlay Open ... posted a mile
time of 4:36.97 at the Doug Raymond Invitational.
2006 Cross Country (Sophomore): Finished as a displacer in four meets,
including the Horizon League Championship ... placed 53rd at the league meet
with a season-best 8K time of 28:27.45 ... placed 17th at the Tommy Evans
Invitational.
2006 Outdoor (Freshman): Finished 10th in the 800m run with a
personal-best time of 1:57.11 at the Horizon League Championship...also finished
13th in the 1,000m at the league meet with a time of 4:11.39...ran a time of
52.52 in the 400m at the Campbell/Wright Open.
2005-06 Indoor (Freshman):
Finished sixth in the 800m at the
Horizon League Championship with a
personal-best time of
1:55.99....also ran in the distance
medley relay that placed third at
the conference meet...ran in the
200m, 400m, 1,000m and mile one time
each...finished fifth in the 1,000m
at the Central Collegiate
Championship with a time of 2:34.74.
2005 Cross Country (Freshman): A
middle-distance runner by trade, he competed in five meets...finished 62nd at
the Horizon League Championship with a personal-best 8K time of 27:45.
High School: Was a four-time letterwinner
and two-time captain...won the 800 at the 2004 Division II Ohio State Track and
Field Championship with a time of 1:54.41…placed second in the 800 as a senior
with a time of 1:54.65…ran a time of 1:55.07 in the 800 as a senior during the
indoor season to rank 15th nationally according to Dyestat.com...set the school
record in the 800m, the 800m record at the Anderson Invitational and the 400m
record at the Mariemont Invitational...was a 10-time conference champion,
three-time MVP and two-time conference runner of the year...helped lead the
Cowboys to 10 Cincinnati Hills League titles, a state title and a state
runner-up finish...also competed in basketball where he earned MVP and Defensive
Player of the Year honors.
