2008 Outdoor (Junior): Finished sixth in the steeplechase at the Horizon League Championships, running a season-best time of 9:46.92 ... also finished ninth in the 10,000m (33:29.90) and 31st in the 5,000m (17:01.27) at the league meet ... it was the first time he ran the 10,000m in a meet.

2007-08 Indoor (Junior): Placed 11th in the mile (4:31.67) and 16th in the 5,000m (16:43.24) at the Horizon League Championships ... ran the mile in a personal-best 4:29.46 at the Roo Town Open ... posted season-best times of 9:16.91 in the 3,000m and 16:20.47 in the 5,000m.

2007 XC (Junior): Scored in every meet and finished as the squad’s second runner three times ...finished 13th at the Horizon League Championships (26:41.6) to earn second-team honors ... ran the 8K a personal-best 26:34 at Notre Dame.

2007 Outdoor (Sophomore): Finished fourth in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Horizon League Championships with a personal-best time of 9:51.79 ... posted a personal-best 3,00m time of 9:03.08 at the Duke Asics Invitational, and finished second in the 3,000m at the Campbell//Wright Open ... ran the 5,000m in 16:29.77 at the All-Ohio Championships ... named to the Academic All-Horizon League team.

2006-07 Indoor (Sophomore): Placed ninth in the 3,000m (9:01.88) and 11th in the 5,000m (16:01.80) at the Horizon League Championships ... his 3,000m time at the league meet was a personal-best ... ran the 5,000m in a personal-best time of 15:36.66 at the Doug Raymond Invitational to place sixth ... posted a personal-best mile time of 4:31.59 at the Zips Open to finish eighth ... added a fifth-place finish in the 5,000m at the All-Ohio Championships ... earned Academic All-Horizon League honors.

2006 Cross Country (Sophomore): Scored in six meets, including finishing second on the squad at the Horizon League Championships ... placed 24th overall at the League meet (27:20.45), which was a 12-place improvement from his freshman season ... also finished third on the squad twice and fourth three times ... finished 14th at the Tommy Evans Invitational.

2006 Outdoor (Freshman): Finished seventh in the steeplechase at the Horizon League Championship with a personal-best time of 10:14.01...also finished 17th in the 5,000m at the conference meet with a time of 16:24.75...ran a personal-best 1,500m time of 4:18.04 to place 10th at the Campbell/Wright Open...posted a personal-best time of 15:47.51 in the 5,000m at the All-Ohio Championship.

2005-06 Indoor (Freshman): Finished 17th in the 3,000m run at the Horizon League Championship with a personal-best time of 9:08.67...posted a personal-best 5,000m time of 16:33.96 to finish eighth at the Central Collegiate Championships...finished second at Robert Morris and fourth at the Kangaroo Invitational in the 3,000m.

2005 Cross Country (Freshman): Scored in two meets, including posting a personal-best 8K time of 26:38 at the Horizon League Championship to place 36th...also scored at the All-Ohio Championship, clocking in with a 125th-place time of 28:32.9.

High School: Was the 2004 Division III cross country state champion, running a time of 16:13…was runner-up at the state meet as a junior (16:11) and 32nd as a sophomore (16:51)…placed second in the 3,200 at the 2005 Division III Ohio State Track and Field Championships with a school-record time of 9:29.89…placed eighth in the state in the 3,200 as a junior (9:44.96).

Personal: Awarded the Harry K. Graebing Scholarship for the 2008-09 academic year...Awarded the Lester Donnell Scholarship for the 2007-08 academic year ... born 10/9/86 ... major is electrical engineering.
