Career Highlights: Has a runner-up finish in the shot put at the 2008 Horizon League Indoor Championships to his credit ... ranks fourth all-time at YSU in the indoor shot put and fifth on the outdoor chart.

2008 Outdoor (Freshman): Finished third in the shot put (49-5) and 10th in the discus (125-10) at the Horizon League Championships ... posted personal-best marks in each ... earned four top-seven finishes in the shot put.

2007-08 Indoor (Freshman): Was the runner-up at the Horizon League Championships in the shot put (50-7 1/2) ... just missed his personal-best mark in the weight throw en route to a ninth-place finish (44-6 1/4) ... threw the shot a personal-best 52-6 1/2 to win at the Akron Open ... recorded a personal-best mark of 44-7 1/2 in the weight throw at the Baldwin Wallace Mid February Meet ... earned seven top-five finishes in the shot put.

High School: Earned seven letters and was a team captain twice for the Battling Bees ... set the Medina High record for the shot put (61'2") and the discus (162'8") ... placed fourth in the shot put and 16th in the discus in Division I at the Ohio state championships as a senior ... earned All-Medina County, All-Northeast Ohio Conference, all-district and all-regional honors ... also participated in football where he was an all-conference, all-county and all-district player ... was an Academic All-Ohioan and a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Son of Paul and Cynthia Pallini ... has one brother (Brian) and one sister (Cari) ... born June 22, 1989 ... academic interest is integrated math education.
