2008 Outdoor (Junior): Earned three fourth-place finishes at the Horizon League Championships ... ran the 400m hurdles in a personal-best 54.88 at the league meet, which was more than four seconds faster than his best time as a sophomore ... also placed fourth in the high jump (6-2 3/4) and the decathlon (5,110), setting personal-bests in each ... earned four top-four finishes in the 400m hurdles, including finishing as the runner-up at the Sparky Adams Invitational.

2007-08 Indoor (Junior): Finished ninth in the 400m at the Horizon League Championships (50.00) ... ran the 400m a personal-best 49.88 at the Kent State Tune-Up a week earlier ... also ran in both relays at the league meet ... earned four top-10 finishes in the 400m.

2007 Outdoor (Sophomore): Finished eighth in the high jump at the Horizon League Championships (5-11 1/2) ... cleared 6-0 3/4 twice in the high jump ... ran the 400m hurdles in a personal-best 59.17 at the Duke Asics Invitational ... earned Academic All-Horizon League honors.

2006-07 Indoor (Sophomore): Placed fifth in the high jump at the Horizon League Championships (6-1 1/2) ... posted a personal-best mark of 6-4 to win the high jump at the Baldwin-Wallace Mid-January Meet ... named to the Academic All-Horizon League squad.

2006 Outdoor (Freshman): Finished third in the high jump (5-10 3/4) and fourth in the decathlon (4,567 points) at the Horizon League Championship...cleared a personal-best height of 6-0 3/4 in the high jump twice...posted a personal-best time of 52.26 in the 400m to place sixth at the Campbell Wright Open...ran the 800m a personal-best 2:01.95 to finish sixth at the Northeast Ohio Invitational...finished eighth in the javelin at the Campbell/Wright Open with a personal-best mark of 127-2.

2005-06 Indoor (Freshman): Placed third in the heptathlon at the Horizon League Championship with a score of 3,746 points...also finished fifth in the high jump at the conference meet (6-0 1/2)...posted a personal-best mark of 6-2 1/4 in the high jump at the Golden Flash Gala...ran a personal-best 400m time of 52.36 at the Kent State Tune-Up.

High School: Was a four-time letterwinner and one-time captain...ran the first leg of Chillicothe Unioto’s 4x800-meter relay that placed ninth at the 2005 Division II Ohio State Track and Field Championships...also ran the third leg of the 4x400…placed 14th in the high jump with a mark of 6-0…was the state champion in the indoor high jump with a mark of 6-6, which ranked 38th nationally according to Dyestat.com...set school marks in the high jump (6-6) and the 800m (1:57.3)...was named All-SVC and all-district...won the SVC title in the high jump, 4x400m and 4x200m...earned Ross County titles in the 800, the high jump and the 4x400m relay.
