State to finish fifth ... ran the mile in 4:34.33 and the 5,000m in 15:41.80.
2007 XC (Freshman): Scored in every meet and was the team’s top
finisher twice ... finished 23rd at the Horizon League Championships (27:19.5)
... ran a personal-best 5K time of 26:48 at the Notre Dame Invite ... was YSU’s
top finisher at the All-Ohio Championships and Tommy Evans Invite.
High School: Was a state qualifier in the 4x800m relay ... helped lead
Poland to a Metro Athletic Conference Championship in cross country ... was an
All-Mahoning County runner three times ... also guided Poland to a runner-up
finish in the Suburban League.
Personal: Son of John and Joanie Ramson ... has a brother (Johnny) and
