2007-08 Indoor (Junior): Finished fourth in the 800m at the Horizon League Championships with a personal-best time of 1:53.63 ... also ran 1:53.97 a week earlier at the Kent State Tune-UP, which was more than three seconds faster than his prior best time of the season ... was just 0.07 seconds off his personal-best time in the mile at the Akron Open to finish sixth (4:27.40) ... earned Academic All-Horizon League honors.

2007 Outdoor (Sophomore): Finished sixth in the 800m at the Horizon League Championships (1:57.37) ... ran a season-best 800m time of 1:53.43 at the Hillsdale Relays ... placed second in the 800m at the Campbell/Wright Open (1:55.91) ...ran a season-best 1,500m time of 4:05.35 at the Duke Asics Invitational ... named to the Academic All-Horizon League team.

2006-07 Indoor (Sophomore): Placed fourth in the 1,000m at the Horizon League Championships with a personal-best time of 2:34.23 ... ran the 800m in a season-best 1:55.51 at the Zips Open to finish third ... also placed third in the 800m at the All-Ohio Championships ... ran the 3,000m in 9:15.55 at the Doug Raymond Invitational ... named to the academic all-league squad.

2006 Cross Country (Junior): Was the only non-senior to score in every meet ... finished 32nd at the Horizon League Championships (27:41.10) ... finished third on the squad three times, fourth twice and fifth twice ... ran a personal-best 8K time of 27:19.33 at the Falcon Invitational ... placed 12th at the Tommy Evans Invitational.

2006 Outdoor (Freshman): Finished fourth in the 800m at the Horizon League Championship with a time of 1:55.03...ran a personal-best 800m time of 1:53.43 at the Sea Ray Relays...ran a personal-best time of 3:58.37 in the 1,500m to finish fourth at the Northeast Ohio Invitational...also finished fourth in the 800m at the All-Ohio Championship.

2005-06 Indoor (Freshman): Placed fifth in the 800m at the Horizon League Championship with a time of 1:54.92...also ran the first leg of YSU's third-place distance medley relay at the meet...posted a personal-best time of 1:54.34 in the 800m a week earlier at the Kent State Tune-Up...ran a personal-best mile time of 4:27.33 to finish second at the Kangaroo Invitational...also placed second in the 800m at the Central Collegiate Championships and at Robert Morris ... earned Academic All-Horizon League mentioning.

2005 Cross Country (Sophomore): Worked his way back from an injury that kept him out of both track seasons the previous year...finished 73rd at the Horizon League Championship (29:20)...ran a season-best 8K time of 27:52 at the Notre Dame Invitational.

2005 Outdoor: Redshirted.

2004-05 Indoor: Redshirted.

2004 Cross Country (Freshman): Scored in four meets in his freshman campaign...finished 70th at the Horizon League Championship with an 8K time of 29:09...ran a personal-best 10K time of 34:04.1 to place fourth on the squad and 144th overall at the Great Lakes Regional.

High School: Earned eight letters...set the school record in the 800-meters with a time of 1:54.7 and the 4x400-meter relay...also set the Lorain County Conference record in the 800 at the conference meet with a time of 1:57...won the 800 at the 2003 Division-II Ohio State Championship with a time of 1:55.08...also finished second in the 800 at the state meet in 2004 in 1:54.80...anchored the 4x400-meter relay at the 2003 state meet that finished fifth...named LCC distance MVP three times...led Firelands to four conference track titles and one conference title in cross country.
