Emily Schnitkey will compete in
individual events for the Penguins
while YSU will also be represented
in the 4x400-meter relay.
Anderson (Jamestown, N.Y.) will compete in the shot put on

events at the league meet. However,
she will only participate in the
steeplechase on Saturday at 8 p.m.

broken down to two heats. Schnitkey
will run in the first heat where she

the only Penguin who will see action
the first day of the two-day event.

are broken down into four heats.
Gillespie will run in the third
heat. She is coming off an
impressive performance at the
conference championships where she
won the 100 in a school and
meet-record time of 13.88 seconds.
The 4x400 relay is set to start at 9 p.m. on Saturday
featuring a total 18 teams. Three
heats will be run, with YSU running
in the first heat.
The format is set up so the top five individuals and top
