Seven Athletes Compete At NCAA Mideast Regional
Bloomington, Ind. -- Youngstown
State freshman Bethany Anderson
finished fifth in her flight in the
shot put with a mark of 44 feet, 1
1/4 inches at the NCAA Mideast
Regional at Indiana University.
Also on Saturday, the 4x400-relay team of Yandeh Joh, Emily
Wollet, Leslie Johnson and Jeanna
Cunningham placed third in its heat
with a time of 3:46.82 while Emily
Schnitkey was 14th in her heat with
a time of 11:12.43 in the
steeplechase.
Aaliyah Gillespie finished eighth in her heat in the
100-meter hurdles in 14.33 seconds
on Friday. |
