Six State Champions Highlight 2005-06 Track Recruit Class
Youngstown -- Six
state champions and nine
student-athletes from Mahoning,
Trumbull and Columbiana counties
highlight Youngstown State's 2005-06

head coach Brian Gorby announced.
Four former state champions, including South Range High's Dan
Nemergut, will join the men's squad

Nemergut captured the individual crown at the 2004 Division
III OHSAA State Cross Country
Championships in November with a
first-place time of 16:13. He was
also the runner-up at the state meet
as a junior and placed second in the
state in the 3,200-meters as a
