Women's Basketball Signs Five Players to 2009-10 Squad

   Youngstown -- Three guards and two forwards have signed a National Letter of Intent to continue their academic and athletic careers as members of the Youngstown State women's basketball program.
  The group includes three junior college transfers and two graduating seniors from California. One of the JUCO transfers is former Rayen High star Tieara Jones. Release | Video

Three Seniors Earn Top Honors at Annual Awards Banquet

    Youngstown -- Three Youngstown State senior women's basketball players earned the top awards at the team's annual postseason banquet on Sunday in Kilcawley Center's Ohio Room on campus.

Cindy Martin's Summer Camp Series Has Four Options for Improving Players

    Youngstown -- The Youngstown State women’s basketball program will sponsor four different options for campers wishing to attend head coach Cindy Martin’s 2009 Summer Camp Series in June.
    The camp series will begin with the Varsity and Junior Varsity Team Camp on June 13 and 14 and run through the Full Day Camp, which will be held June 22-25. Release | Brochure

YSU Acquires Hoops From 2009 Men's Basketball Final Four
      Youngstown -- Youngstown State Athletics has acquired the basketball hoops from the 2009 NCAA Men’s Basketball Final Four for use by its men’s and women’s basketball programs effective immediately, the department announced. The basketball hoops were installed on Friday. Release
