Schnitkey, Riehm Strong at Central Collegiate Invite
    Toledo, Ohio -- Junior Emily Schnitkey ran a season-best time of 18:20 to place seventh at the Central Collegiate Invitational on Saturday.
    Schnitkey's time paced the women to a seventh-place finish while Jeremy Riehm placed 11th in the men's 8K with a time of 26:05 to lead the men to a fourth-place finish.
    Lisa Davies was the second finisher for the women coming in 31st with a time of 19:07 while Lindsay Wojciak placed 35th in 19:10.  Kim Jendre finished 40th in 19:20 and Marielle Glanz rounded out the scorers with a 50th-place time of 19:37.
    The men's team had three runners place in the top 20 as Matt Paullin placed 16th in 26:15 and Dave Mealy finished 17th with a time of 26:16 to join Riehm.  Chris Hine finished 33rd with a time of 27:09 to finish in the fourth spot for the Penguins while John Sheppard placed 38th with a time of 27:23.
    The Penguins will take a week off before traveling to South Bend, Ind. for the Notre Dame Invitational on Oct. 1.
