Welcome to the Strategic Planning Website. In 2001-2002, YSU developed a strategic plan to guide the University to its centennial year, 2008. At this website, you will find an overview of the strategic planning process, as well as periodic progress reports; links to related plans and projects, such as the Technology Master Plan and Sungard SCT (Banner) implementation, known as the YES project; and links to mission, vision, assessment, and other documents related to ongoing planning at the University, college, and department levels.
