General Education Assessment Timeline and Overview, 2003-2004 **
Fall 2003:
After reading the overview, you will need to complete the fall assignment, defining the learning outcomes for the general education courses in your department.  The links below should help you do that.  The forms for fall represent the domains used in the general education model, one form for each domain.  Use whichever forms are relevant for the general education courses in your department, and submit the forms to Bill Jenkins by November 23, 2003:

Societies and Institutions (SI) **
Personal and Social Responsibility (PS) **
Selected Topics (ST) **
The General Education Committee will use the following rubric to evaluate your learning outcomes form(s).  You do not need to complete the rubric; it is here simply for your information:

Spring 2004:
By March 19, 2004, you will need to complete the assessment plan form.  There is only one assessment plan form for all departments:
