Instructions from Previous Years:
During 2003-2004, departments will construct an assessment plan (which will serve as a basis for assessment in subsequent years) by submitting two departmental outcomes-assessment documents.  The first--a form describing learning outcomes for undergraduate and graduate programs offered by the department--is due in fall 2003. The second--a fuller assessment plan--is due in spring 2004.

The following link leads to an overview and timeline for the two documents.  If at any point you are asked for a password for any of the files on the assessment web pages, click "cancel."
