Steel Bridge

The Steel Bridge Competition is co-sponsored by the ASCE and the American Institute of Steel Construction. The competition involves the design, fabrication, and construction of a steel bridge conforming to the needs of a scenario issued in the rules of each year's competition. At the regional competition, the bridge is judged on construction speed, lightness, stiffness, economy, efficiency, and aesthetics.
