Hello everyone! Welcome to my website. My career here as a secretary at YSU started back in 1998 as a limited service employee in the Reading& Study Skills Department. Since then I have had varied positions within the University and ended up in the Student Diversity Programs Department in January, 2004.

Working here in the Student Diversity office has made me realize how rewarding it has been in helping students to reach their goal of a college degree. I hope that I have helped in some way for them to achieve that dream. I have always enjoyed working with the students more anything else. It keeps me young!

My life outside of YSU consists of my husband, son, two daughters, and four grandchildren. I have hobbies like traveling, oil painting and gardening, to mention a few. I will be retiring in May, 2006 and I am sure I will miss everyone immensely but it's time to move on to a more sublime life. I will miss the hustle and bustle of University life and especially all of the students who have become my adopted “kids”!
