Guests must be 18 years old and must present a valid photo I.D. Visitors may visit during specified guest hours and only when accompanied by the host resident. All guests must be accompanied by the host at all times. Residents will be held accountable for the conduct of all their guests.

Residents and guests must use proper discourse and must be fully dressed when in public areas. Guests may stay a maximum of 3 days/nights in any 7 day period. Longer stay may be allowed but require advance consultation with the Housing Coordiantor. Exceptions to guest hours may be made for parents of residents. Parents are expected to sign in as guests.

No more than 5 individuals can be in a room at one time. Residents are expected to sign in guests accordingly. (Max. 3 guests)

It is the discretion of Housing Services staff whether a resident or guest is allowed visitation privileges. Housing officials reserve the right to deny any guest the right to visit the residence halls.

GUEST HOURS
Guest privileges are in effect during the following hours for FRESHMEN: Sunday through Thursday 10:00am until midnight. Friday and Saturday 24 hours. Freshmen wishing to have guests spend the night Sunday through Thursday need to fill out an Overnight Pass and get it approved by a Housing Coordinator.

Guest privileges are in effect during the following hours for UPPERCLASSMEN: 24 hours.

GUESTS UNDER 18
All visitors must be a minimum of 18 years of age and have a valid photo ID to be allowed guest privileges. Exceptions to this policy are:

Underage guests who are accompanied by their parent(s) may visit during regular guest hours
In some circumstances, underage guests may stay overnight if an overnight pass is approved. The Housing Coordinator must be consulted in advance of the visit to secure approval of the overnight pass. Verbal parental permission is required.
Members of a resident’s immediate family who are not 18 may visit during regular guest hours without special permission. Residents wishing to have a brother or sister stay for an overnight or weekend should consult with their Housing Coordinator at least one week in advance to secure verbal parental permission. Handwritten notes are not accepted.

OVERNIGHT PASS REQUEST FORM
This form must be approved by the Housing Coordinator 24 hours prior to night of stay. Positive identification (college ID or driver's license) must be presented at the door. The resident sponsor is responsible for the behavior of his / her guests. Guests are required to check in and out at the front desk.

This request form will be submitted to Danielle Meyer, Director of Housing & Residence Life, and then forwarded to the appropriate Housing Coordinator. You will be notified via e-mail of approval. If e-mail is not provided, notification will be in your campus mailbox. There will be a copy of the approval form at the front desk for guests. Thank you!
