Instructional costs for Graduate International cut by 40%! The cost for international students to enroll in graduate-level classes at Youngstown State University has been significantly reduced under a plan approved by the YSU Board of Trustees. Like most public universities in the U.S., YSU charges international students (and other out-of-state students) a tuition surcharge. At YSU, this surcharge dropped from $244.29 per credit in 2006-2007 to just $8.34 per credit beginning in the 2007-2008 academic year. As a result, the cost for international students to enroll in graduate-level classes at YSU is 40 percent lower beginning in fall semester 2007.International Student Orientation Schedule
