Welcome! The Division of Academic Advising is dedicated to working with students, faculty, staff, departments, and administration for academic success while maintaining the integrity of the University's degrees.
The Division of Academic Advising staff advises …
- all incoming freshmen with majors in CLASS during orientation.
- all incoming transfer students within CLASS.
- all undetermined students within CLASS. All other current students with declared majors should contact their department
- students pursuing an Associate in Arts degree.
- conditional admissions students within CLASS
- all SB140 students.
CLASS students can submit repetition forms, requests for graduation evaluations, and transient forms to the Division of Academic Advising.
The Division of Academic Advising is open from 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday through Friday all year unless the University is closed. It is highly suggested that students who need advisement arrive before 4:15 pm to allow adequate time for advisors to discuss requirements.Students are seen on a walk-in basis.
We recommend that you call either the afternoon before or the morning you intend to come in to ensure that advisors are available.
