So, in general, what's the Youngstown State campus like? A visit to YSU will probably surprise you - it doesn't quite fit the mold of a city university. For one thing, it's spectacularly beautiful, and that's no exaggeration. You will find a unified, cohesive campus, with a park-like central core ringed by classroom and administrative buildings. Most of the buildings have been constructed in the past twenty-five years and are carefully maintained. The award-winning campus grounds are among the most beautiful in the country, providing an aesthetic and peaceful setting for your college experience.

If you would like to take a look around the YSU campus, you can begin by selecting the interactive campus map [note: buildings are clickable for tour pages]. Scattered within the campus maps are clickable icons Panorama Icon that provide panoramic views as if you were taking a walk across campus.

If you prefer a 3-D interactive view of the campus with the aid of Google Earth, just go to the YSU 3-D Campus Map page, developed by the Geography Department.
