Complete and mail a registration form ( also available in the printed YSU Metro College catalog) with your MasterCard, VISA, or Discover card number, check, or money order (no cash please) made payable to Youngstown State University.

When you call:
Have your charge card information ready
Have your registration information ready: course number/title/time/day/cost and your Social Security number.
Complete a registration form inserting your MasterCard, VISA, or Discover card number or attaching a company letter of authorization to bill or purchase order and FAX the above item(s) to (330) 965-5811. Our FAX registration line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Register at the YSU Metro College, Suite 200, in Southwoods Commons. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Southwoods Commons is located off Market Street in Boardman, just south of the Southern Park Mall. For directions and maps, click on the About the Metro College link.
Registrations cannot be accepted after the first class meeting for classes of six weeks or less, after the second class meeting for classes of seven weeks or more, or if the class is full.
A 10% discount is available to members of the YSU Alumni Association and their spouse and dependents. Presentation of the YSU AA membership card is required at the time of registration. Only one discount option may be applied to an enrollment.
Register for any class $99 or more, two weeks in advance of class and receive a $20 discount.
A 10% discount is available to companies and agencies that enroll three or more individuals in the same course or seminar - with payment made by one company check or purchase order reflecting the discounted prices. Only one discount option may be applied to an enrollment.

In order for our office to bill your organization, you must provide either a purchase order or a letter of authorization to bill with the full name of your company; the billing address; phone number; Tax ID number; and the names, addresses, and Social Security numbers of the person(s) registering.
You may be able to deduct the cost of educational expenses under Treasury Regulation 1.162.5. Please check the deductibility of courses with a tax professional.
Registering does not automatically carry with it the right of refund or reduction of indebtedness in cases of failure or inability to attend class or in cases of withdrawal. The student assumes the risk of all changes in business or personal affairs. Any fees subject to refund are determined according to the following schedule:
YSU reserves the right to cancel a course should there be insufficient enrollment or for unforseen circumstances. A full refund will be mailed within thirty (30) days when a course is cancelled. If a student elects to withdraw, the following schedule applies:
The CEU is awarded for participating in designated courses. The CEU is defined as 10 contact hours (10 hours equals 1.0 CUE) of participation in a continuing education course. Participants must attend 80% of the course to earn the CEU.
