Personal training offers you the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a Certified Personal Trainer to develop a fitness program specifically designed to fit your needs and interests. You will learn how to use the different weight training and cardiovascular equipment, receive personalized instruction on exercise technique, and have a program designed specifically to meet your goals. Our focus is on education so you are able to continue your exercise program independently and enjoy the lifelong benefits of regular physical activity. Fitness assessments must be completed prior to meeting with a personal trainer. Sessions are scheduled by appointment only.
