There are different kinds of re-admission depending on your status at YSU. For instance if you have attended another accredited college after attending YSU, you may need to contact the YSU Admissions office. See below for details.

You are eligible for re-admission through the records office if you:

If you haven't attended any accredited college since attending YSU, and you would like to reapply, there are two different ways you can do this. You can reapply for re-admission in person or by mail/fax.

To apply for re-admission in person:

You may either go to the Enrollment Center located in Meshel Hall on the second floor or the Records Office located in Jones Hall in room 1013. You must bring photo identification. There is no fee.

To apply for re-admission by mail or fax:

You can apply for re-admission by using the form below. The form must be signed and mailed or faxed to the address or number listed on the form.
