Transcript forms are available online or at the Enrollment Center located in Meshel Hall on the second floor or the Records Office located in Jones Hall in room 1013. You must bring your photo ID.
Records & Registration will be closed on 12/24/08 - 12/26/08, 12/31/08, and 1/1/08 - 1/2/09. Since these offices will be close, rush transcripts CANNOT be requested.

Rush transcript to be picked up ($10) - This service is available between 8:00am and 4:45pm, Monday-Friday. If it has been 15 years since you attended YSU, prior to coming to campus, please call 330-941-1584 as your record could be "offline" or archived and take longer to process.
To request a rush transcript, the student must personally go to the Enrollment Center (Meshel Hall, 2nd floor); complete a transcript request form; take the completed form to the Bursar’s Office (Meshel Hall, Payment Windows) pay the required fee; and finally bring the completed request form and the receipt from Bursar to the Records Office (Jones Hall, Room 1013). Records staff will prepare the transcript for the student at that time.
Overnight Mail ($25) - Request must be received by 1:00pm to be processed and sent on that same business day. Requests made after 1:00pm will be processed the following business day. If it has been 15 years since you attended YSU, prior to coming to campus, please call 330-941-1584 as your record could be "offline" or archived and take longer to process.
To request an overnight mail transcript, the student should call the Records Office (330-941-1584) before sending the transcript request form to confirm that that are not any holds on their record. Once cleared of any holds on the record, the student should fax the completed and signed YSU Transcript Request form. After the student faxes the form, they should call the Records Office (330-941-1584) to make sure we received the fax and we will transfer the student to the Bursar Account Clerk to provide credit card information for the required payment.
Students who do not have access to a fax may personally come to the campus, complete the transcript request form, make payment, and bring the completed transcript request form and Bursar receipt to the Records Office.
An official transcript will be sent via UPS NEXT BUSINESS DAY SERVICE upon payment of the OVERNIGHT TRANSCRIPT EXPRESS FEE before 1:00 p.m.
